3. Service description

The suite includes JSON inspectors, SEO helpers, media utilities, text processors, and other developer conveniences. All processing happens inside your browser—no files are uploaded.

4. User responsibilities

You remain accountable for the data you load into the tools and how you act on the results.

• • Keep your device secure; we cannot prevent keyloggers, malware, or misconfigured browsers.

5. Disclaimers

Tools are provided “as-is.” No warranty—expressed or implied—covers fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. Outages, bugs, or inaccurate inputs may impact results.

6. Limitation of liability

GenTrade Tools and its operator are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the site, including lost revenue, corrupted data, or regulatory penalties—even if previously advised of the possibility.

7. Third-party content

Ads are served via Google AdSense. Advertisers do not influence rankings or editorial coverage, and they cannot access any tooling payloads.

8. Modifications

Terms may change without prior notice. The “Last updated” stamp indicates the active version. Continuing to use the site after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Intellectual property

All design assets, copy, and source code belong to GenTrade Tools or its licensors. Do not copy or redistribute brand elements without approval.

10. Termination

The studio can suspend or block access at any time if abuse, scraping, or legal risk is detected. You may end the agreement by ceasing use of the site.

11. Governing law

Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first attempt amicable resolution via email before exploring legal remedies.
